The kitchen offers butcher block island with seating, new quartz counters and stainless sink,  and stainless steel appliances. This home is located on a secluded cul de sac just a 4 minute walk to the beach. 10 Canvasback has three levels with great bedroom separation. The 2nd floor master has a sitting window where you can relax after a long day at the beach. It also has a private bath with shower. The upper master suite has a large bathroom with garden tub w a skylight and separate shower. Both twin bedrooms share a bath and one is directly attached. Twin bedrooms can be converted with a "doubler" for one or two more King beds. The large screened porch is off the living area and connects the wrap-around deck that overlooks the pool and continues to the front of the home.
